Guidelines for applying for “THE STUDENTS GUILD LEADERSHIP 2023/2024” 

1. Read and follow the guidance of the “CALL FOR GUILD LEADERSHIP 2023/2024” document attached.

2. Please note that the application process shall be conducted online via; https://vote.mak.ac.ug

3. Makerere University Students Guild Statute 2022, section (b) states that; Any student seeking or holding a leadership position at any level or the Students Guild shall be on normal progress academically, with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point (CGPA) OF 3.0.

4. Applicant’s photo attachment requirements. 
During application, the applicant shall be required to attach a digital (passport-size) photograph.
   1. The digital photo or scanned photo file format should be JPEG or JPG
   2. The Photo file size should not exceed 1 MB. 
   3. Rename and include your name in the photo's file name matching the applicant. 

5. While accessing the portal, kindly avoid using a VPN as may affect your experience.
