Application forms for those intending to sit the examinations are issued at the university, Room 505, Senate building on payment of non-refundable application fees of Shs. 210,000/=. The application form can be downloaded from the link below. Application forms are submitted in Room 505, Senate building with evidence of payment of the application form.

Applicants should access the Institution's Applications URL: https://see.mak.ac.ug. The application fees are paid through banks or Mobile Money. The fees payments require a Payment Registration Number (PRN) generated from the application system. 

Pay in any bank/branch that receive Uganda Revenue Authority Payments including the following banks with branches within the main campus:-

  • Stanbic Bank
  • United Bank for Africa
  • Pearl Bank
  • DFCU Bank and
  • Centenary Bank
