The Forum, in addition to the 27 members of the Top University Management Committee includes
- The Chief Security Officer
- Three (3) Representatives from the Makerere University Academic Staff Association (MUASA),
- Two (2) Representatives from the Makerere Administrative Staff Association (MASA),
- Two (2) Representatives from the National Union on Education Institutions (NUEI) and
- Three (3) Representatives from the Guild Council
